RETURN & EXCHANGE INFO
We know buying online can get pretty tough - so we’ve made our return and exchange process as seamless as possible for you. We offer free returns* for orders within Canada.
Regular Priced Merchandise
• 14 days (from shipping date for online orders or receipt date for in-store purchases) for refunds or exchanges
• After 14 days, exchanges or store credit only
• 30+ days, no returns or exchanges - sorry!
Sale Merchandise
• 14 days (from shipping date for online orders or receipt date for in-store purchases) for exchange or store credit only - unfortunately, there are no refunds on any sale/marked down items (includes items purchased with a 25% or more)
• Items that are clearly marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged or returned
Please Note:
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all their original tags attached and must be in its original packaging. Peace Collective Inc. reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to sender.
Washing item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return.
Refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt and will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law. Gift cards do not contain an expiration date and can be used at any time at participating Peace Collective locations or online at www.peace-collective.com.
This return policy is only applicable to purchases made at peace-collective.com and at Peace Collective operated stores (131 Ossington & Union Station). Purchases made at retailers carrying Peace Collective are subject to the respective store's return policy.
*Free returns means that we'll cover the cost of the item coming back to us - no waiting in line at the post office to buy postage! If you are returning item(s) for a refund for store credit - the shipping charges you incurred at the time of your order will not be refunded since this was the cost to ship it out to you originally.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Online Orders
1. Head over to our Returns Portal and enter your order number along with the e-mail address associated with the order.
2. Select the items and the reason why you're looking to return.
3. Click Return Items.
4. You will then receive an email containing the prepaid label. Be sure to return the package within the 14 day window.
Once your return package makes its way back to our distribution centre is Mississauga, Ontario, you will be issued a refund or store credit given that the items are in re-sellable condition. If you are requesting for a refund, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) plus applicable taxes - please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
*Orders placed within Canada are eligible for free returns. Orders placed and shipped outside of Canada will be responsible for postage return.
RETURNING TO A STORE
If you prefer to return or exchange your order at one of our stores, you can bring in the item along with the packing slip as long as the item has not been worn, washed or damaged. For a list of our stores and information - click here.
